1. Refund Eligibility
At Study.DivySoul, we strive to provide high-quality educational content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded
- The course content was not delivered or is significantly different from what was described
2. Non-Refundable Situations
You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You have accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the course content
- You simply changed your mind after extensively using the course
- The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
- You violated our Terms and Conditions and your access was revoked
- You're unable to provide proof of purchase
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at study@divysoul.com within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your full name, email address associated with the account, and order details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
Our support team will:
- Verify your purchase and course access details
- Manually review your request within 3-5 business days
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Process approved refunds via the original payment method within 7-10 business days
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
- If you have accessed between 10-20% of the course content
- If the course was purchased as part of a bundle and only some courses are eligible for refund
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
